Business Development Executive

Job Description: We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team who will be responsible for preparing and submitting proposals, visiting departments to deliver presentations, and gathering feedback for projects. This role requires a dynamic, result-oriented individual who is passionate about skill development.

Key Responsibilities:

Proposal Preparation & Submission: Create customised proposals for potential clients and submit them within deadlines.

Client Interaction & Presentations: Visit various departments and give presentations to understand client needs and secure projects.

Market Research & Analysis: Identify new business opportunities in the skill development sector and create strategies for growth.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering solutions tailored to their need.                                                     

Negotiation & Closing: Lead discussions with clients and close business deals.

Travel & Site Visits: Regular visits to different departments and client locations.

Requirements:

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Business acumen and the ability to understand and address client challenges.

Good command over language and communication skills are essential.
