Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our team as Business Development Executives. This role is ideal for candidates who want to start their career in sales and business development within a fast-paced environment.

Training Details:

• Initial training will be provided in Agra for 1–2 months

• Cab and meal facilities will be provided by the company during the training period

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities

• Client outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn

• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams

• Maintain lead data and follow-ups

• Support senior BDMs in business development activities

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong English communication skills

• Basic understanding of sales/business development

• Willingness to work in night shifts

• Willing to relocate to Agra for training and later work from Jaipur

• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
