Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)- Inside sales

Location: Jaipur

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Shift & Timings: Day Shift | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate (both eligible)

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Jaipur. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This role requires excellent English communication skills and a proactive approach toward achieving sales and growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities.

Generate and follow up on leads through calls and meetings.

Build and maintain positive client relationships.

Present company products/services to potential clients.

Achieve assigned sales and business targets.

Maintain basic records and provide regular updates to the management.

Skills & Requirements:

Good English communication skills (mandatory).

Confidence in client interaction and negotiation.

Basic understanding of sales and business development.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
