Job Description
We are looking for a friendly and motivated Tele-Sales Executive to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for educating clients about various government schemes that can benefit them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Share information with clients about government schemes that can help them financially.
- Help clients understand which schemes they may qualify for based on their needs and situation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Follow up with leads, providing necessary information and closing sales.
- Handle customer objections and negotiate terms to close deals.
- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product/service recommendations.
- Handle customer inquiries, objections, and concerns in a professional manner.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Follow up on leads generated.
- Keep up to date with product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Requirements:Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales/customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
- Goal-oriented with a strong desire to meet and exceed targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, data entry).
