Job Title: GPay Revisit Field Executive

Department: Field Operations / Merchant Support

Location: Jaipur & Noida

Reports To: Field Ops Team Lead / Area Manager

Role Overview

The GPay Revisit Field Executive is responsible for revisiting on-boarded Google Pay (GPay) merchants to ensure compliance, update merchant details, improve activation rates, resolve on-ground issues, and strengthen merchant engagement. The role involves direct field visits, merchant interaction, verification tasks, and ensuring overall GPay adoption and usage.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct physical visits to existing GPay merchants as per assigned routes and revisit lists.

Verify merchant business details, KYC documents, and GPay display materials (QR stands, stickers, etc.).

Ensure proper placement of the GPay QR code and branding visibility.

Educate merchants about GPay features, benefits, incentives, and transaction processes.

Troubleshoot merchant issues related to QR usage, payments, app setup, or transaction disputes.

Update merchant status, feedback, and visit completion details in designated apps/tools.

Drive merchant reactivation by identifying reasons for inactivity and providing assistance to restart usage.

Collect data and insights from the market to support product and operations teams.

Maintain daily visit reports and meet productivity targets (visits per day, activation goals, etc.).

Build strong merchant relationships and represent the brand professionally.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 10th pass, 12th prefferd

0–2 years of field sales or merchant onboarding experience (FinTech/e-payments preferred).

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic understanding of digital payments, UPI, and smartphone apps.

Ability to use mobile apps for reporting and navigation.

Must own a smartphone and two-wheeler (with valid license).

Strong problem-solving and customer-handling capability.

Self-motivated with ability to work independently.

Number of merchant revisits per day

Merchant reactivation rate

QR visibility and compliance score

Issue resolution turnaround time

Accuracy of field reporting

Work Environment

Extensive fieldwork required within assigned territory
