Business Development Executive (BDE)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive with experience in ad sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to generate revenue by acquiring new clients and maintaining relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients for advertising and marketing solutions
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and field visits
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Pitch ad solutions and close deals effectively
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Business Development / Ad Sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confident, presentable, and target-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of advertising/marketing industry preferred
