Business Development Executive (BDE)

Key Responsibilities

The revisit process generally refers to a field role where executives visit merchants/shops to:

Re-engage existing merchants who have already onboarded Google Pay services.

Ensure active usage of Google Pay QR codes or devices (QR stickers, sound boxes, etc.).

Core Daily Duties

Visit assigned merchants/shops using leads provided by the company. 

Check merchant engagement with Google Pay services (QR code usage, sound boxes). 

Re-activate or improve usage — help merchants use Google Pay actively if they aren’t already. 

Promote additional services like sound boxes or replacements for damaged devices. 

Report accurate visit data and record interaction details in the company’s system/app. 

Salary structure 

₹23k CTC in hand 18500 month (base salary + travel allowances). 

Performance incentives can add extra (based on number of successful visits/activations). 

Travel allowance is sometimes paid (e.g., ₹100/day for valid visits). 

10 visit - 100/- in a day

15 visit - 300/- in a day

20 visit - 600/- in a day

Best performers may exceed ₹30,000/month including incentives.
