Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and proactive Sales & Business Development Executive who will be responsible for retail sales, generating new leads, client follow-ups, and preparing quotations for lighting products.


The candidate will interact with walk-in customers, dealers, architects, and project clients, helping convert enquiries into sales and supporting business growth.


This role offers strong exposure to the architectural lighting and interior design industry.

SHOULD NOT INVOLVE IN ANY KIND OF GOVT JOB EXAMINATION




Key Responsibilities




1. Retail Sales



  • Attend walk-in customers at the showroom
  • Understand customer lighting requirements
  • Suggest suitable lighting products and solutions
  • Convert enquiries into sales






2. Lead Generation



Generate potential sales leads through:


  • phone calls
  • WhatsApp enquiries
  • architect / interior designer contacts
  • dealer references
  • online platforms and social media enquiries



Maintain proper records of leads and follow-ups.





3. Client Follow-ups



  • Follow up with clients regarding quotations and product inquiries
  • Maintain relationship with dealers, architects, and project clients
  • Ensure timely response to all customer enquiries






4. Quotation & Documentation



  • Prepare and send quotations to clients
  • Coordinate with accounts and dispatch teams for order processing
  • Maintain records of quotations and orders






5. Business Development



  • Identify new dealers, architects, and project opportunities
  • Visit nearby clients if required
  • Promote Kelvin & Watts lighting products in the market






Required Skills



  • Strong communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
  • Sales-oriented mindset
  • Ability to understand customer requirements
  • Comfortable using WhatsApp, Email, and Excel / Google Sheets
  • Basic understanding of lighting or electrical products is preferred (training will be provided)






Preferred Experience



Experience in:


  • lighting showroom sales
  • electrical products
  • interior products
  • building materials sales
