RDT Technology is a leading BIM and construction documentation services provider, working with architecture, engineering, and construction firms across the US and Canada. We specialize in Revit modeling, CAD drafting, BIM coordination, permit drawing sets, and 3D visualization.

Role Overview:We are seeking a proactive and articulate Business Development Executive to handle international sales conversations with inbound leads from enterprise clients in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. This role does not involve cold lead generation and will focus entirely on engaging qualified leads, conducting follow-ups, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

●    Respond to and engage with qualified inbound leads from architecture, engineering, and construction firms.

●    Present RDT’s services clearly and confidently through email, video calls, and proposals.

●    Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoff and project delivery.

●    Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective clients to keep the sales pipeline active.

●    Maintain up-to-date client interaction records in the CRM.

●    Spend at least 1 hour daily during the evening (US time) to email and call clients to align with their working hours.

●    Track performance and report progress to the sales head regularly.

Requirements:

●    1–3 years of international B2B sales or client-facing experience (AEC industry preferred).

●    Strong communication and presentation skills.

●    Familiarity with CRM platforms.

●    Ability to understand and explain technical services like BIM, CAD, and construction documentation.

●    Comfortable adjusting work schedule to include evening hours for US client communication.

Preferred Qualifications:

●    Background in architecture, construction, engineering, or technical services is a plus.

●    Experience handling US or Canadian clients.
