Business Development Executive (BDE)

🧩 Key Responsibilities:

* Lead Generation – Identify and connect with potential sellers from various markets and regions.

* Seller Acquisition – Pitch eCommerce platform benefits and convert leads into active sellers.

* Supplier Sourcing – Spot unique products and local sellers with growth potential.

* Seller Onboarding – Assist sellers with account creation, documentation, and profile setup on platforms like Amazon, JioMart, etc.

* Client Relationship Management – Provide continuous support, resolve queries, and ensure seller satisfaction.

* Market Research & Idea Development – Share creative ideas to promote small sellers and local products across digital marketplaces.

✅ Requirements:

* Good communication and negotiation skills

* Basic understanding of eCommerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart, etc.)

* Ability to explain technical details in a simple way

* Strong interpersonal skills and a problem-solving attitude

* Self-motivated and target-oriented

* Proficiency in MS Office and online tools (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
