Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive company growth by identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, networking, and digital platforms.
• Generate leads and convert them into potential clients
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements
• Promote company services including registration, compliance, and funding solutions
• Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and ensure regular follow-ups
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Stay updated with market trends and competitor strategies

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good sales and negotiation abilities
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Basic knowledge of business services (registration, compliance, funding) is a plus
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
