Primary Job
- Lead Generation, business growth though calls, social media, market visits & New Lead for the Company
- Contacting potential clients via email, chat, phone and other mediums
- Provide Online software demonstration, installation and self-support to the clients
- Improvement in customer satisfaction.
- Follow ups and after sales support for 3 months for the new clients
Secondary Job
- Handle software related customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions & alternatives within the time limit
- Contribution in providing technical support to the customers.
Skills
- Should have good marketing skills as well as technical knowledge
- Good with written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills and with pleasing personality.
