Job Title:Business Development Executive (BDE)

About the Role:We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to drive growth through effective pre-sales and post-sales activities. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into clients, and ensuring long-term client satisfaction.

  • Key Responsibilities:Pre-Sales Responsibilities:Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, references, and digital platforms.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions (Bulk SMS, WhatsApp API, Google RCS, LinkedIn Marketing, etc.).
  • Conduct product presentations, demos, and client meetings (online/offline).
  • Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and business pitches.
  • Maintain and update lead database and CRM regularly.
  • Collaborate with marketing team for campaign planning and lead generation.
  • Sales Conversion:Follow up with prospects and close deals within defined timelines.
  • Negotiate pricing and finalize contracts.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Post-Sales Responsibilities:Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
  • Act as a single point of contact for client queries and support.
  • Coordinate with technical/support team for service delivery.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients.
  • Collect feedback and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Key Skills Required:Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent negotiation and closing abilities
  • Understanding of digital marketing and communication tools (preferred)
  • CRM handling and reporting skills
  • Problem-solving and client-handling ability
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
  • Qualification:Graduate in any field (MBA in Marketing/Business preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales/business development (freshers with strong communication skills can apply)
