🎯 Role OverviewWe are looking for a Business Development Manager who can drive international sales, close high-ticket IT & SaaS deals, and strategically use online sales platforms to generate consistent business.

The ideal candidate understands IT services, SaaS selling, and global sales channels like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and outbound sales.

• 💼 Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and close international clients for:
• Website Development
• Software & Mobile App Development
• SaaS Products
• Digital Marketing Services
• Sell software as a service (SaaS) products to global clients
• Identify and use effective sales channels for high-ticket clients:
• Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr
• LinkedIn outreach & cold emailing
• Direct B2B sales & referrals
• Handle end-to-end sales cycle:
• Lead generation
• Requirement understanding
• Proposal & pricing
• Negotiation & deal closure
• Create custom proposals and pricing strategies for international clients
• Coordinate with technical & delivery teams
• Maintain CRM and provide weekly/monthly sales reports
• Build long-term client relationships and repeat business
• 🧠 Required Skills & ExpertiseProven experience in IT Services / Software / SaaS sales
• Strong understanding of:
• Web & App Development services
• SaaS business models
• Digital marketing solutions
• Hands-on experience with Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr
• Knowledge of international client communication & pricing
• Excellent English communication & negotiation skills
• Ability to target and close high-value / high-ticket clients
• Understanding of proposal writing & bidding strategies
• Self-driven, target-oriented mindset
• 🌍 Preferred Candidate ProfileExperience selling to US, UK, Europe, Middle East, or Australia
• Prior experience in IT company or digital agency
• Knowledge of hourly, fixed-price & SaaS subscription models
• Familiar with tools like CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach
