Position Title: Business Development & Marketing Lead / Cluster Head


Reporting To: Director (Rahat Agarwal)


Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan (Regional Office)


Employment Type: Full-time (on-roll)


Role Objective:


To drive the company's transition from a single-product B2B manufacturing setup to a diversified retail-focused business across food, animal feed, and pet food segments. This person will act as the execution engine for all new product launches, sales initiatives, and marketing efforts, operating from our Jaipur regional office while coordinating closely with the factory in West Bengal.


Key Responsibilities:


1. End-to-End Project Execution

  · Take ownership of all new product initiatives from concept to market.

  · Ensure projects do not stall at any stage – follow up with internal teams, external vendors, designers, and packaging partners.

  · Maintain timelines and report weekly progress to the Director.

2. Sales & Distribution

  · Build and manage a network of distributors, retailers, and institutional clients for the new product categories.

  · Develop pricing strategies, channel plans, and promotional materials.

  · Travel as needed for market visits, client meetings, and trade engagements (primarily in Rajasthan and nearby markets).

3. Brand & Marketing Support

  · Coordinate with packaging designers, digital marketing agencies, and content creators.

  · Manage social media presence, product catalogues, and trade marketing assets.

  · Organize product launches and market activations.

4. Team Coordination & Accountability

  · Push projects forward with a sense of urgency – no task should remain pending for lack of follow-up.

  · Work closely with the Director to align daily priorities and strategic goals.


Who We Are Looking For:


· Someone with 2–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development – preferably in FMCG, food, agri-processing, or related sectors.

· A self-starter who does not wait for instructions. We need someone who takes ownership and drives results independently.

· Strong coordination and communication skills – able to manage multiple stakeholders (factory teams, agencies, channel partners) across locations.

· Comfortable working in a regional office environment and willing to travel for market visits.

· Attitude over experience – we value hunger, energy, and ownership more than a long CV.


What Success Looks Like in This Role:


· New products launched and available in the market within defined timelines.

· Sales channels established and revenue flow initiated.

· No project left incomplete due to lack of coordination or follow-up.

· The Director no longer has to chase every task – this person becomes the engine that drives the business forward.


Compensation & Reporting:


· Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and potential)

· Reporting: Directly to the Director.

· Support: Will have access to factory resources, design support, external agency partnerships, and the Jaipur office infrastructure.
