Job Description
* Power transformer, distribution transformer, CT/PT, aur special transformers ke liye new customers identify karna.
* Utilities, EPC companies, OEMs, industries aur government departments ke saath business development activities handle karna.
* Tender portals (GeM, State Utilities, Discoms, EPC tenders) par regular monitoring aur participation.
* Client requirements ke according techno‑commercial discussions coordinate karna (Engineering, Estimation & SCM teams ke saath).
* Costing, pricing strategy aur quotation preparation mein support dena.
* Client meetings, plant visits aur technical presentations conduct karna.
* Existing customers ke saath relationship maintain aur repeat orders ensure karna.
* Market intelligence collect karna – competitors, pricing trends, specifications, aur upcoming projects.
* Sales targets achieve karna (monthly / quarterly / yearly).
* CRM updates, sales reports aur MIS prepare karna.
* Payment follow‑up aur contract execution mein coordination.
