Position: Sales Manager – Finance Division

Company: Assets Resources Link Private Limited (ARL Services)

Location - Jaipur

Experience: 2–7 years in Finance/Loan Industry



🔶 Role Objective


The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth in the finance division, acquiring new clients, increasing revenue, developing strong sales strategies, and leading the sales team. The candidate must have strong finance industry knowledge, excellent marketing skills, and the ability to bring innovative ideas for business expansion.


🔶 Key Responsibilities


1. Business Development & Sales Growth


Acquire new clients for all types of loans: Home Loan, Mortgage Loan, Business Loan, Personal Loan, Project Loan, etc.


Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.


Identify new market opportunities and create strategies for business growth.


Build and maintain strong relationships with Banks and NBFCs.



2. Team Management


Hire, train, and guide the sales executives.


Set targets and monitor team performance.


Motivate the team and create a high-performance sales culture.



3. Marketing & Brand Promotion


Plan field marketing, digital marketing, and referral network expansion activities.


Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote company services.


Strengthen the company’s brand presence on social media.



4. New Ideas & Innovation


Bring creative ideas to accelerate business growth.


Develop new strategies based on industry trends.


Suggest and implement improvements for better customer experience.



5. Client Relationship Management


Retain existing clients and generate new referrals.


Understand client requirements and provide appropriate finance solutions.


Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and on time.



6. Reporting & Analysis


Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.


Conduct market analysis and track competitor activities.


Provide timely updates and feedback to management.


🔶 Eligibility & Requirements


2–7 years of experience in the Finance/Loan Industry (Bank/NBFC preferred).


Strong track record of achieving sales targets.


Excellent communication and negotiation skills.


Ability to plan and execute effective marketing strategies.


Leadership and team management experience.


Innovative mindset with practical implementation ability.


Good understanding of the local market; willing to do field work.
