Job Description
- Sales & Business Development 🚀Generate new business through field visits and direct sales.
- Identify potential customers and new market opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop channel partners and local networks.
- Conduct product presentations and sales pitches.
- Field Sales Operations 🏃♂️Daily field visits to clients and prospects.
- Lead conversion through face-to-face meetings.
- Maintain daily visit reports.
- Market mapping and competitor analysis.
- Ensure territory coverage.
- Collections & Payment Recovery 💰Follow up with customers for outstanding payments.
- Ensure timely collection as per company policy.
- Resolve billing and payment disputes.
- Maintain collection records.
- Reduce overdue accounts.
- Customer Relationship Management 🤝Maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Handle customer complaints and escalations.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Cross-sell and upsell services.
- Reporting & MIS 📊Submit daily sales reports.
- Track sales pipeline.
- Update CRM systems.
- Provide weekly performance updates.
- Required Qualifications:Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 3–10 years experience in field sales or business development.
- Experience in hardcore sales/collection roles preferred.
