Our mission is to transform mainstream education by fostering problem-solving, design thinking, and innovation in students.
The Role
We are looking for a high-energy Business Development Manager to bridge the gap between our innovative STEAM solutions and forward-thinking schools. You will be the face of I-KIT Lab, visiting K-12 institutions, engaging with school management, and demonstrating how our labs can revolutionize their learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
School Outreach & Sales: Identify and visit mid-market and premium K-12 schools to generate leads and drive revenue targets.
Product Advocacy: Deliver high-impact presentations and technical demonstrations of our STEAM, Robotics, and AI lab models.
Strategic Proposals: Develop customized quotes and technical proposals tailored to the specific needs of educational institutions.
Relationship Management: Build long-term partnerships with school owners, principals, and trust members; ensure smooth payment collections and post-sales support.
Market Presence: Represent I-KIT Lab at educational conferences, industry events, and workshops.
Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations and finalize agreements with buyers.
Reporting: Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide regular progress reports to management.
Candidate Requirements
Education: B.Tech, MBA, or a relevant degree with a passion for technology.
Frequent traveler anywhere.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in Ed-Tech sales or Business Development.
Books or any other experience from school industry.
Technical Savvy: Sound knowledge of STEAM Education, Robotics, or AI tools is highly preferred.
Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, public speaking, and negotiation skills.
Mobility: Must be comfortable with local travel to visit schools across the region.
