Job Summary:

ARL Finance is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager – Finance to lead loan sourcing and business development activities. The candidate will be responsible for generating and managing loan files across multiple loan products by coordinating with clients, banks, and internal teams. ARL Finance operates as a corporate channel, working with multiple leading banks and financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and generate loan files for all types of loans, including:

Home Loans

Mortgage / Loan Against Property (LAP)

Business Loans

Personal Loans

Car Loans

Project Loans

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, builders, and corporate clients.

Understand client financial requirements and suggest suitable loan products from partner banks.

Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for file login, processing, and disbursement.

Ensure timely documentation, compliance, and follow-up for approvals and disbursements.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the management.

Track market trends, competitor activities, and new banking policies.

Maintain MIS, reports, and pipeline data as required.

Eligibility & Requirements:

Proven experience in the finance or loan industry is mandatory.

Strong knowledge of banking products, loan processes, and credit policies.

Experience working with multiple banks / NBFCs will be an added advantage.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Graduation in any discipline (MBA in Finance will be an added advantage).
