Job Summary:

IndusInd Bank is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (CASA) to drive the acquisition of Current and Savings Accounts. The role involves field sales, customer acquisition, and relationship management to enhance the bank’s CASA portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Acquire new CASA (Current & Savings Account) customers through field sales activities

Generate leads through cold calling, references, and local market networking

Maintain and develop relationships with existing and prospective clients

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Cross-sell banking products such as insurance, loans, and other financial services

Ensure KYC compliance and proper documentation of customer accounts

Conduct market mapping and identify potential business opportunities

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory)

Minimum 6 months to 3 years of experience in BFSI / Field Sales / CASA Sales

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Local market knowledge of Jaipur is preferred

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Candidate with prior experience in banking sales (CASA, insurance, loans)

Self-motivated and target-driven individual

Ability to work in a high-pressure sales environment

Compensation & Benefits:

CTC up to 4.5 LPA (capping based on last drawn salary)
