Business Development Manager (BDM)

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to drive the growth of our Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Station business. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in the automobile and EV industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, promoting EV charging infrastructure, and helping accelerate the transition toward sustainable mobility.

• Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities for EV charging station installations through leads, partnerships, and market research.

• Approach potential clients such as real estate developers, commercial property owners, fleet operators, and government bodies.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

• Present and promote EV charging solutions and services to prospective customers.

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales and installation targets.

• Prepare and present business development reports, proposals, and forecasts.

• Collaborate with internal technical and operations teams to ensure smooth execution and installation of charging stations.

• Stay updated on EV industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.

• Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management (experience in the automobile or EV sector is an advantage).

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and passionate about clean energy and electric mobility.

• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred).
