Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager who can help expand the client base of Swadeshi Express. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with brands, restaurants, cafés, hotels, and e-commerce sellers, and driving revenue growth for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, calls, and meetings.

• Approach restaurants, cafés, hotels, and F&B brands for photography, videography, branding, and digital content services.

• Generate leads for e-commerce logistics, delivery solutions, and online store management services.

• Present Swadeshi Express services including logistics, marketing, branding, and F&B shoot services.

• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.

• Build strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and project execution.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain lead reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

• 1–3 years experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Understanding of restaurant, hospitality, or e-commerce industry is a plus.

• Target-driven and proactive personality.

• Comfortable with field meetings and networking.
