Business Development Manager (BDM)

About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager with 2 years of experience to help expand our customer base, build strong client relationships, and identify new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong market understanding, and the ability to work independently.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and business pitches.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product) to deliver solutions to clients.
• Track sales metrics, maintain CRM data, and generate weekly/monthly reports.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
