Job Description
Key responsibilities
- Customer Acquisition: Actively seek out and acquire new bank customers through various channels.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong business relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Lead Generation: Generate leads through cold calls, networking, and by getting references from the existing client base.
- Sales and Consultation: Analyze customer needs and present relevant banking products and services to meet those needs.
- Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth, increase market share, and maximize revenue for the bank.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and opportunities to stay ahead of the competition.
- Cross-selling: Promote and sell other banking products to existing customers to increase revenue.
Required skills and qualifications
- Experience in sales and business development.
- Strong skills in CASA sales and customer acquisition.
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships.
- Ability to understand and analyze customer needs.
