Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Age Criteria: 21 – 27 Years

• 💼 Salary & BenefitsTake Home Salary: ₹15,000 per month
• CTC: ₹19,000 per month
• Performance-based incentives (as per bank policy)
• 🕘 Working HoursTiming: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• 6 days working (weekly off as per roster)
• 🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesAcquire new customers for CASA (Current & Savings Accounts)
• Promote and sell Insurance, Fixed Deposits (FD), and Recurring Deposits (RD)
• Achieve monthly sales targets for CASA & third-party products
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Generate leads through field visits, references, and local market activities
• Ensure proper documentation and KYC compliance
• 🔑 Required SkillsStrong communication and sales skills
• Customer handling & relationship management
• Target-oriented approach
• Basic banking product knowledge
• Good negotiation & convincing skills
• Prior sales experience preferred (Banking / BFSI / Field Sales)
