Business Development & Sales Executive

We are looking to hire 4 Business Representatives / Executives with excellent English communication skills to handle client communication, email correspondence, and regular follow-ups. The role requires strong written English and professionalism in dealing with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and send professional emails to clients

• Follow up with clients on updates, responses, and pending matters

• Maintain consistent and clear communication with clients

• Coordinate internally to fulfill client requirements

• Maintain records of client interactions and follow-ups

Requirements:

• Graduate 

• Excellent command of written and spoken English (mandatory)

• Good typing speed and email drafting skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook/Gmail)

• Strong communication and follow-up abilities

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in client handling, customer service, or email support is a plus

• Good organizational and time management skills
