Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Specialist who will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, generating leads, arranging client meetings, and converting prospects into long-term clients. The role is target-oriented and offers incentives based on successful conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for all company services
- Prospect clients from healthcare, education, and real estate industries
- Initiate contact with potential clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and visits
- Arrange and attend client meetings (virtual and in-person)
- Understand client requirements and present suitable service solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, costing, and service alignment
- Maintain a pipeline of leads and regularly follow up for closures
- Achieve monthly and quarterly conversion targets
- Prepare basic reports on leads, meetings, and conversions
