Our outsourcing services primarily cater to the healthcare, education, and real estate sectors. We work closely with clients to design scalable, efficient, and result-driven support systems.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Specialist who will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, generating leads, arranging client meetings, and converting prospects into long-term clients. The role is target-oriented and offers incentives based on successful conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for all company services
  • Prospect clients from healthcare, education, and real estate industries
  • Initiate contact with potential clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and visits
  • Arrange and attend client meetings (virtual and in-person)
  • Understand client requirements and present suitable service solutions
  • Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, costing, and service alignment
  • Maintain a pipeline of leads and regularly follow up for closures
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly conversion targets
  • Prepare basic reports on leads, meetings, and conversions
