Job Summary:

The Loan Sales Manager is responsible for driving loan product sales, managing a sales team, acquiring new customers, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Target Achievement:

Achieve individual and team targets for various loan products such as personal loans, home loans, auto loans, business loans, etc.

Develop and execute sales strategies to increase business volume.

2. Team Management:

Lead, train, and motivate the loan sales team.

Monitor team performance and provide guidance and support.

3. Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Understand customer financial needs and offer appropriate loan solutions.

4. Lead Generation and Business Development:

Identify new sales opportunities through market research and customer outreach.

Organize promotional campaigns and field activities to attract new customers.

5. Documentation & Compliance:

Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to internal policies and regulatory guidelines (e.g., RBI norms).

Coordinate with back-office teams for loan processing.

6. Market Analysis:

Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (MBA in Finance or Marketing is preferred)

3–5 years of experience in loan sales or financial services

Proven experience in handling a sales team is an advantage
