We are hiring Founder's Office Associates to work closely with the founders on strategic, operational, and execution-driven initiatives.

This role is ideal for high-ownership individuals who want exposure to decision-making and fast-paced startup environments.

Key Responsibilities

● Work directly with founders on strategic projects and execution

● Support business planning, market research, and competitor analysis

● Track OKRs, metrics, and key business initiatives

● Coordinate across teams (tech, sales, operations)

● Prepare reports, presentations, and insights for leadership

● Assist in special projects, partnerships, and growth initiatives

Job Requirements

● 0–3 years of experience (MBA or consulting background is a plus, not mandatory)

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

● Excellent communication and presentation abilities

● High ownership, execution mindset, and adaptability

● Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides

● Ability to work in a fast-moving startup environment
