We are seeking a highly motivated Female Telecaller to join our FASTag telesales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging potential customers, explaining FASTag benefits, and driving sales conversions through professional communication and persuasive techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
• Educate customers on FASTag services, features, and benefits.
• Address and resolve customer queries with a solution-driven approach.
• Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information.
• Follow up on leads to ensure successful sales conversions.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for a seamless customer onboarding process.
• Maintain call logs and prepare performance reports.
• Adhere to company policies, compliance standards, and data security protocols.

Candidate Requirements:

• Female candidates only, with strong verbal communication skills.
• Minimum educational qualification: High School (12th pass) or Bachelor's Degree.
• Proven experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer support is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Hindi and English (additional regional languages are a plus).
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, and data entry processes.
• A persuasive, confident, and customer-centric approach.
• Ability to handle objections and effectively close sales.
• Strong listening skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
