Brown Sugar is looking for an experienced and dynamic Café Manager to handle daily operations, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, and drive sales growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and train team members
• Maintain hygiene & service standards
• Achieve sales targets and control costs
• Handle customer queries and complaints

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of café/restaurant management experience
• Strong leadership & communication skills
