Job Description: Burger 99 Crew Members, Crew Trainers, and Managers

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan (Vaishali Nagar & Malviya Nagar Outlets)

Burger 99 is a fast-growing, dynamic cafe in Jaipur, known for its delicious burgers, wraps, sandwiches, and a wide variety of beverages. We are looking for passionate, energetic, and customer-focused individuals to join our team and help us deliver the exceptional experience our customers have come to expect.

Positions Available:

• Crew Members: The foundation of our team, responsible for preparing food, taking orders, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
• Crew Trainers: Experienced crew members who are ready to take on a leadership role by training new staff and upholding our high standards of quality and service.
• Managers: Individuals with proven leadership skills who can oversee daily operations, manage staff, and drive the success of the cafe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Food Preparation: Prepare and assemble burgers, wraps, sandwiches, and other food items with precision and speed, following Burger 99's recipes and quality standards.
• Beverage Preparation: Skillfully prepare a range of beverages, including shakes, coffees, and other drinks.
• Customer Service: Take accurate orders, and handle transactions efficiently.
• Operations: Maintain a clean and organized work station, dining area, and kitchen. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.
• Leadership (for Managers & Trainers): Train and mentor new employees, manage inventory, schedule staff, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a cafe, fast-food, or restaurant setting is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
• A passion for food and a commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong teamwork skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
