Job Description
- Job Responsibilities:Monitor and evaluate leads generated by internal teams to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Check and analyze lead conversion ratios and prepare regular performance reports.
- Identify gaps in lead quality and provide feedback to improve team performance.
- Assist in live transfer of qualified leads with clients and ensure smooth coordination.
- Communicate with clients when required to ensure service quality and satisfaction.
- Maintain proper documentation, reports, and MIS related to QA/QC activities.
- Handle administrative tasks including data management, coordination, and follow-ups.
- Ensure adherence to company quality standards and processes.
- Support management with insights and suggestions for process improvement.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:Female candidate preferred.
- Experience in QA/QC, Lead Quality Analysis, or Operations preferred.
- Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion metrics.
- Good communication skills (English & Hindi).
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM systems.
- Ability to multitask and handle both quality and admin responsibilities.
- Strong analytical and coordination skills.
- Preferred Experience:1–3 years in QA/QC, Telecalling QA, Sales Quality, or Operations role.
