Sarthi Associates is looking for energetic and motivated candidates to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating car loan business, handling customer queries, and coordinating with banks/NBFCs.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads for New & Used Car Loans

• Meet customers and explain loan products

• Coordinate with banks/NBFC partners

• Handle documentation & file processing

• Achieve monthly sales targets

• Maintain customer relationships and follow-ups

👤 Candidate Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

• Experience: Fresher / Experienced both can apply

• Good communication & convincing skills

• Basic knowledge of finance/loans (preferred)

• Must be confident and target oriented
