Car Service Advisor

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Car Service Advisor to join our automobile service center in Jaipur. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of vehicles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle customer queries efficiently

• Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
• Create job cards and explain recommended services and repairs.
• Provide accurate service estimates, timelines, and cost details.
• Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
• Keep customers informed about the progress of their vehicles.
• Conduct final delivery inspection and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Maintain service records, billing, and documentation.

• Requirements:Qualification:
• Diploma/Degree in Automobile Engineering or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Service Advisor in an authorized car workshop or dealership.
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes.
• Ability to manage multiple service orders and prioritize tasks.
• Proficiency in MS Office and service management software.
