Role Overview

We are urgently seeking a dynamic Career Counselor who loves talking to people and guiding them toward the right educational or professional paths. Since this role includes performance-based incentives, it is perfect for someone who is target-oriented, highly communicative, and motivated by growth.

Key Responsibilities

·        Interact with prospective students or professionals to understand their career goals and educational background.

·        Provide accurate information about our programs, courses, or services that best fit their needs.

·        Guide and motivate candidates to make informed career decisions and enroll in suitable programs.

·        Maintain a healthy pipeline of leads and ensure regular follow-ups via calls, emails, or messages.

·        Meet monthly counseling and enrollment targets to unlock exciting financial incentives.

·        Maintain accurate records of all candidate interactions in the CRM/database.

What We Are Looking For

·        Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.

·        Experience: 0-2 years of experience (Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome; prior experience in tele-calling, sales, or counseling is a big plus).

Skills:

·        Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·        Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.

·        A persuasive, empathetic, and positive attitude.

·        Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry).
