Job Title: CASA Officer / Relationship Officer – CASA

Roles & Responsibilities

Acquire new CASA (Current & Savings Account) customers through field visits & sourcing.

Drive branch sales for liability products.

Maintain healthy customer relationships and ensure high service standards.

Cross-sell bank products like FD, RD, insurance, digital banking etc.

Achieve monthly acquisition & revenue targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Graduate with 0–4 years of sales experience (BFSI preferred).

Strong communication & negotiation skills.

Field sales experience is an added advantage.

Should be target-driven and comfortable with customer interactions.
