• Job ResponsibilitiesAcquire CASA accounts (Savings & Current) through field and branch-based sales
• Source customers through market visits, referrals, and cold calling
• Achieve monthly CASA acquisition and revenue targets
• Cross-sell banking products such as FD, RD, Debit Cards, Mobile Banking
• Ensure KYC compliance and proper documentation
• Maintain strong relationships with customers for retention
• Coordinate with branch team for smooth account opening
• Handle customer queries and provide banking solutions
