Cashier Cum Computer Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Transaction Processing: Scanning items, calculating totals, collecting payments, giving change, and issuing receipts. 
• Customer Service: Welcoming customers, answering product/service questions, resolving complaints, and processing returns/exchanges. 
• Cash Handling: Balancing the cash drawer at start/end of shift, requesting change, and following security procedures. 
• Store Maintenance: Keeping checkout areas clean and organized, assisting with restocking shelves, and maintaining displays. 
• Sales Support: Promoting loyalty programs, cross-selling, and staying updated on promotions. 

Required Skills & Attributes
