Center Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for end-to-end center operations, while actively contributing to sales, client acquisition, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales & occupancy of coworking spaces (hot desks, private cabins, offices)
• Handle client inquiries, site visits, and deal closures
• Manage day-to-day center operations
• Ensure excellent member experience & retention
• Oversee billing, vendor coordination, and facility management
• Build a strong local network & partnerships
• Lead and manage on-ground team (if applicable)

Requirements:

• 2–3 years experience in sales / hospitality / coworking / real estate
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Ability to multitask operations + sales
• Self-driven, responsible, and ownership mindset
