Chat Process Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Chat Process Executive to handle customer queries through live chat support. The candidate should have excellent written communication skills and the ability to resolve customer concerns efficiently.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle customer queries via live chat in a professional and timely manner
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when required
• Maintain chat records and update customer data in the system
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through quality service
• Meet daily/weekly performance and response time targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
• Required Skills:Excellent written English communication skills
• Good typing speed and accuracy
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
• Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Customer-oriented attitude
