Job Title: Chat Process Executive / Customer Support – Chat Process

Job Summary:


We are looking for a Chat Process Executive to provide excellent customer support through online chat. The role involves assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience through prompt and professional communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via live chat, email, or messaging platforms in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and policies.
  • Identify customer needs and help them navigate through the company’s offerings.
  • Record and update customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex queries or technical issues
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering efficient and empathetic responses.
  • Meet or exceed response time and quality metrics.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge, promotions, and process changes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (any stream) or equivalent.
  • Experience: 0–2 years (freshers can apply; prior BPO or customer support experience preferred).
  • Excellent written communication skills in English.
  • Strong typing speed and accuracy (minimum 35–40 WPM preferred).
  • Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts (if applicable).
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with chat tools, CRMs, or ticketing systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in E-commerce, Banking, or Telecom chat support processes.
  • Knowledge of customer service best practices.
  • Ability to handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously.
