Head Chef (Multi-Cuisine)

Location: Funovita - Playzone & Cafeteria, Jagatpura Jaipur

Job Role:We are looking for an experienced Head Chef who can manage a multi-cuisine kitchen and ensure high-quality food preparation and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and prepare multi-cuisine menu (Indian, Chinese, Fast Food, Snacks, etc.)
• Maintain taste, quality, and presentation standards
• Manage kitchen operations and supervise staff
• Ensure hygiene and food safety standards
• Control food cost, inventory, and wastage
• Innovate new dishes and improve menu offerings

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years experience as a chef
• Expertise in multi-cuisine cooking
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Kitchen Helper / Assistant

Job Role:We are hiring a Kitchen Helper to support daily kitchen operations and assist the chef.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in food preparation and basic cooking tasks
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
• Help in cutting, washing, and organizing ingredients
• Support chef during busy hours
• Handle kitchen utensils and storage properly
• Requirements:Basic knowledge of kitchen work (experience preferred)
