We are looking for experienced and passionate kitchen professionals including Head Chef, Sous Chef, and Tandoor Cook for our restaurant. Candidates should have strong knowledge of Veg & Non-Veg North Indian / Mughlai cuisine/Chinese, team handling skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

•  Positions & Responsibilities
• Head Chef
• 
  
• Manage complete kitchen operations
• Design menu (Veg & Non-Veg) and ensure food quality & consistency
• Handle kitchen staff and duty allocation
• Control food cost, wastage, and inventory
• Maintain hygiene and follow FSSAI standards
• Coordinate with management for smooth operations 
• 
  
•  Sous Chef
• 
  
• Assist Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
• Supervise kitchen staff and ensure timely service
• Maintain quality, taste, and presentation of Veg & Non-Veg dishes
• Handle stock and kitchen coordination
• Step in as Head Chef in absence 

• Tandoor Cook
• Prepare tandoor items (Veg & Non-Veg) – roti, naan, kebabs, tikka, etc.
• Ensure proper marination and cooking techniques
• Maintain cleanliness and safety around tandoor
• Work efficiently during rush hours
