Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team, specializing in residential house construction. The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge, the ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously, and must be capable of understanding and executing drawings accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage residential construction projects.
• Understand and implement construction drawings and specifications on-site.
• Monitor day-to-day site work, ensuring quality and timely completion.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and the project team.
• Handle multiple sites efficiently and report project progress regularly.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Manage site labor and material requirements.
• Resolve on-site technical issues and challenges.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of residential construction methods and techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
• Good site management and multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Own bike is mandatory for site visits.

Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in residential project execution.
