Civil Engineer

Responsibilities: 

 Leading the planning and implementation of projects. 

 Oversee the beginning of each-turn-key projects, including details like permit submission 

and design evaluations. 

 Coordinate internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects. 

 Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and 

costs 

 Have a knowledge of township planning and building works 

 Checking Reinforcement and shuttering as per consultant drawing to give clearance. 

 Carry over taking the BBS Schedule for Reinforcement. 

 Having a Knowledge of Billing and Quantity Estimation. 

 Monitor and Maintain Quality as per Standard methods. 

 Make over the Quantity Surveying as per Tender Quotation Estimate. 

 Submit Monthly BOQ and Billing Report for Client and Subcontractors. 

 Manage the Contractors without any kind of backlogs. 

 Measurements properly and also Manage the clients for their proposal. 

 To monitor and manage the labour workmanship at site. 

 To ensure HSE standards are maintained and managed on site at all times. 

 To prepare a planning schedule considering a daily, weekly and monthly target
