Pre Construction:

1.Review project drawings and specifications

2.Conduct site inspections and assesments.

3.Develop project Schedule and timeline.

During Construction:

1. Supervise and coordinate site activities.
2. Monitor quality and ensure compliance with standards.
3. Implement safety protocols and conduct regular site safety audits.
4. Manage and resolve site related issues.
5. Collaborate with contractors, subcontractor and labour forces.
6. Conduct regular progress meetings.

Post Construction:

1. Ensure project completion and handover.
2. Conduct final inspections and quality checks.
3. Documents project close out reports.
