**Experience:** Minimum 3 years (in high-rise building projects)

**Qualification:** B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our project team for a high-rise residential development in Beelwa. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in planning, execution, billing, and quality assurance of high-rise structures, along with strong skills in quantity and cost estimation.

Key Responsibilities·        Assist in preparing project schedules, resource allocation, and work sequencing for timely completion.

·        Supervise day-to-day site activities, ensuring adherence to drawings, technical specifications, and safety standards.

·        Prepare and verify contractor/vendor bills and maintain quantity records.

·        Support BOQ (Bill of Quantities) preparation, rate analysis, and cost control.

·        Monitor construction quality as per IS codes, safety regulations, and best practices.

·        Ensure timely testing of materials and maintain quality reports.

·        Conduct detailed quantity take-offs for structural, finishing, and external works.

·        Provide inputs for budget forecasting, material planning, and procurement.

·        Liaise with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors for smooth project execution.

·        Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management review.

Essential Skills·        Strong knowledge of planning, execution, billing, and quality management in high-rise projects.

·        Proficiency in quantity calculation, cost estimation, and billing software (MS Excel/ERP/AutoCAD/Primavera/MS Project preferred).

·        Familiarity with IS codes, building by-laws, and safety standards.

·        Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.

·        Ability to handle site challenges independently with a results-driven approach.
