• 🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise on-site construction activities and ensure work is progressing as per drawings & specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, and project managers.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards.
• Prepare daily site reports, measurement sheets, and progress updates.
• Manage material requirement, verification, and consumption records.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
• Monitor workflow and ensure timely completion of work phases.
• Assist in maintaining project documentation and BOQs.
• 🔹 Required Skills & QualificationsDiploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 1–4 years of experience in site execution (freshers with strong knowledge can also apply).
• Good understanding of construction drawings, measurements, and site supervision.
• Knowledge of materials, safety practices, and construction standards.
• Strong communication & team coordination skills.
